Worst place ever! Leaving patients in rooms while they are in an enormous amount of pain! Spare yourself the horror of this place!
I came in to this location to get pain control. I suffer from pancreatitis. My enzymes are 263. The PA said it's normal. No it's not. I am in so much pain it's not real. She said she can give me a prescription to manage the pain at home or she recommended I go to Nebraska medical for better pain control. Wow... Very disappointed in this facility. She should never offer care elsewhere. I only gave 2 stars because the nurses were amazing. Smh.. speechelss
Untimely care on the verge of malpractice in some aspects. It is worth the drive to be seen at any other ER than CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center.
I am 28 weeks pregnant and came in presenting flu/cold-like symptoms. CHI could not test me for anything—they “lost funding for tests unless for admitted patients”—or provide me with ANYTHING but a chair, a saline drip, and nausea medication. Sent me home with nausea medication and I had to fight tooth and nail for a TYLENOL prescription. Ended up testing positive. On top of all that—my iv was inserted and removed so aggressively that I bled through my cotton gauze and bandaid.
Worst er ever..they asked my daughter for a urine sample..I had to take it to the nurses station myself and all 6 nurses were on their cell phones and said just set it on the counter..the ekg dr had to look at a diagram where the place the monitor adhesives on her chest..then said to.the other nurse b4 isn't responding she said don't worry about it..I am disturbed how the nurses even working there even care
