Very rude…. Didn’t greet us and was very rude during treatment.
I visited this clinic last Tuesday for an upper respiratory infection. I was seen by Ruth who had the personality of a rattle snake. It's unfortunate that CHI would allow someone to treat patients with such an unfriendly and unwelcoming demeanor.
Angie is wonderful, kind and very helpful!
Went in last week for severe ear pain, APN was very rude and dismissive. She did not listen when I explained the steps I had tried previously or to the symptoms.
