I visited this office only one time and that is all I needed. I went in to get my annual physical which turned out to be a nightmare. When the nurse first came in she greeted me but then she basically treated me like I was a nobody. She spent only a few minutes with me and then she said the doctor would be right in. I waited and waited for almost 45 minutes and no doctor. I then proceeded to open the door to see if I could find the nurse and they were just sitting in the doctors office laughing with the doctor. Im not sure if the two bad reviews were just unhappy people because I had a wonderful experience and found the staff to be very sincere, willing to listen and professional. I found that Dr. Coady was like no other in the way that he actually took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns and made me feel very important. Also to the comment about hearing them "laugh and joke" in the hall, i did hear them praising eachother and helping one another out-which was very impressive to hear. I was VERY pleased- would recommend ... read more

I am sorry but all of my family and extended family have been to this office, and our experience has been exceptional. We can always walk in when needed, and the nurses are wonderful. His nurse Jill was very helpful and very professional, and our calls were returned in a timely matter.

Steven's Creek is the worst most unorganized office I have ever been to. I was there for my first appt and after the nurse checked me in I could hear her and the doctor talking and laughing at me through the door. They also are very unorganiazed and unproffesional. They also would NEVER return my calls and when I would talk to a nurse they were VERY Rude to me, like I was bothering them. Dr. Coady seemed like he had NO idea how to treat me!!! Don't take your family there if you want a good physican.

If you would like a doctors office that does not care about their patients give them a call. They are also very unorganized and never call you back. The nurse there Jill is very rude and acts like she is the doctor. My family and I were not treated well by them at all.
