Since you no longer get to see an actual doctor I will not longer go back. I went in with a severe sinus congestion and told them that when I get this is usually ends with pneumonia. The PA answer? Go home and use otc medicines. Now 5 days later I am sicker and going to urgent care. What has happened to health care in america? The doctor doesn't doctor the insurance company's dictate your care.And if they can get you to come back more than once , wow , great , that puts more money in their pocket , well , i'm done with you ,
Some of my friends have been amazed at my negative stories about medical practice. However, there's at least one bright spot in rural CHI Clinic Medicine. I have yet to meet any organization or any clinic so filled with people who are in a good mood and happy to do their jobs as in the Oakland Iowa CHI Clinic, even on a Monday like today.
