Was at the ER on 4-8-25 for rib pain. The whole staff could not have been nicer. I really felt cared for. Dr. Lorella Dunn was so helpful and patient and came in with a smile. She definitely put me at ease. I hope if I ever have to go back that she is my doctor!! Amazing!
I came in with some heart concerns last week, and everyone was very nice, courteous, and caring. They acted fast, and although everything turned out to be OK, this visit gave me the faith that they would handle things correctly if I had any problems in the future. A big thank you to all of the staff!
Horrible experience. So many medical staff members sitting around the nurses station, chatting and shooting thr breeze with one another, not checking on patients, once in the ER room, waited over 2 hours to be seen by even a nurse, let alone a provider. No one comes to check on you or try to make you comfortable. Worst ER in Omaha.
I’m putting a 1 star as long as I can for lakeside. I had no choice but to visit this er again after many years in west Omaha. As I search I see it’s a 2 star. For many years this place has been terrible. Unfortunately I had to visit here in an emergency. Flash backs to my visit from back a long time ago and my sons visit and how we need to avoid at all costs. Hard to believe this is a place taking care of emergency patients. lol came into the ER with suspected kidney stones and the guy that checked me into the ER asked me like 4 different times if I was sure it wasn’t my period (that I do not even have)
