I came in on 1/31/25 for worsening respiratory symptoms following the instructions of my primary care physician. At the time I was triaged I had been some degree of calm, but my blood pressure was high alongside a rapid heartbeat that I had expressed to the triage nurse at the least that I could feel in my neck and chest. My partner was recently seen at an urgent care, where the doctor was concerned about the development of pneumonia. She was given antibiotics and had seemed to be getting better. Until she didn’t, where she was then seen by a primary care physician and diagnosed with an atypical lung infection after a chest CT. She was told to immediately seek help at an ER if her breathing continued to worsen, which is where she was at today. 6 hour wait time in the lobby on a Saturday And with my pregnant sister ( with headache and allergies reaction) Then finally they attended her More than 12 hours total. For some pills for a-headache
Always a pleasure. Friendly, clean, helpful, and efficient.
The worst hospital I have ever been to. The night shift did amazing! But once it switched over to day shift Holy crap was there such a big difference. Night shift actually treated you like a human being while the day shift was full of drama between nurses Doctors ect. The attitude from the drama got put on the patients themselves. Furthermore the lack of cleanliness I seen the night shift wash their hands one time out of the whole 24 hours we were there and that's the only time I seen a nurse or a doc wash their hands.
