1st ever visit. Digital doctor on wheels was talking to mother for about 15 minutes before the nurse came in and said wrong room! Mom who was recovering from heart surgery had to rush to ER here. Several tests completed. Dr said they found something. "Could be a tumor, cancer, growth from surgery. We're not sure." I'm confident those are all panic inducing words one shouldn't hear when they just got out of open heart surgery.
Went to Lakeside for a minor stroke: - Excellent in processing / speed for stroke - Night ER doc and staff / excellent and very good - Day shift ER doctors / staff / help UNSAT — Could be from being in “no man’s land” of not being an “emergency” after initial treatment, and no rooms in hospital; so = no one cares about you — Male day shift nurse; couldn’t grade because he disappeared; no water, no food, updates, care, didn’t even turn off multiple alarms, didn’t unhook or rebook moving in/out of MRIs etc. — Outprocessing (fr... read more
