The staff is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Lakeside. I arrived at 1:45 PM with severe shoulder and arm pain that radiated from my fingers all the way to my neck and shoulder blade, along with numbness and weakness. Blood work was drawn quickly, but after that I sat in the waiting room for hours with no physician evaluation, no pain management, and no meaningful update on how much longer it would be.
