Don't come here if you have an emergency. 2am on a Tuesday and we are over 2 hours waiting when we likely didn't even need a room. This is unacceptable. Not sure how this is considered an "Emergency Room" when you wait longer to be seen than if you went to a walk-in clinic. **Update** Finally got to a room later on. Only took over 3 hours. If I could give no stars… I wouldn’t even hesitate to. Immediately when being walked back, there was a roach crawling across the floor. There were flies in my room. The nurses were kind. The doctors on the other hand… my doctor was so dismissive, he was half way out the door when I was explaining my symptoms mind you with the door open….and told me having a fever over a hundred for the past week was because placebo. Avoid ER here unless you wanna wait a million years
Dont come to this ER. Just had an 80 year old lady moaning in pain for 4 hours in the waiting room. Head nurse told them they needed to wait no room. Another patient gave up her spot so they attend to this poor lady. SO SAD. IS THIS WHAT GOOD HEALTH CARE LOOKS LIKE??!! GOD HELP US!!!
I ended up in the ER after what I believe was a small seizure. The staff was incredibly dismissive and repeatedly asked my partner if I was on drugs. In addition to that the nurses were snappy, and loud. Very unprofessional and it made me and my partner really uncomfortable. One of the nurses broke my vein being careless about getting an IV started. Will be avoiding if we ever are in an emergency situation.
