Edit: just for clarity, I meant that they took 45 minutes just to triage me. Which is... suboptimal. ERs should aim for maybe 10 minutes at the most Worst experience I've ever had-- nurses were laughing and joking while I was having a medical emergency. They'll take in patients that are clearly not having an emergency before they take in people who present with serious symptoms. Bathrooms had NO soap in them, trash everywhere, and feces on the sink. They don't answer the phone ever
This place is the worst to go to if your in pain!! they dismissed everything i told them as if i was lying took a strep and covid test and let me go home with the flu!! Worst place ever! Leaving patients in rooms while they are in an enormous amount of pain! Spare yourself the horror of this place!
I came in to this location to get pain control. I suffer from pancreatitis. My enzymes are 263. The PA said it's normal. No it's not. I am in so much pain it's not real. She said she can give me a prescription to manage the pain at home or she recommended I go to Nebraska medical for better pain control. Wow... Very disappointed in this facility. She should never offer care elsewhere. I only gave 2 stars because the nurses were amazing. Smh.. speechelss
