They don't answer the phone ever
This place is the worst to go to if your in pain!! they dismissed everything i told them as if i was lying took a strep and covid test and let me go home with the flu!! Worst place ever! Leaving patients in rooms while they are in an enormous amount of pain! Spare yourself the horror of this place!
I came in to this location to get pain control. I suffer from pancreatitis. My enzymes are 263. The PA said it's normal. No it's not. I am in so much pain it's not real. She said she can give me a prescription to manage the pain at home or she recommended I go to Nebraska medical for better pain control. Wow... Very disappointed in this facility. She should never offer care elsewhere. I only gave 2 stars because the nurses were amazing. Smh.. speechelss
Untimely care on the verge of malpractice in some aspects. It is worth the drive to be seen at any other ER than CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center.
