I had PT at this office with Sarah, and I can say it was the worst treatment I have ever got. I arrived at my appointment at 7:40 for an 8 am appt, filled out the the paper work less than 5 minutes, handed to her directly. She was deep diving my chart. Came in, rushed, everything. Which made me close my shoulders in. I was under the impression she was rushing me. I always have a good experience at this clinic. Every technician I have ever had is very gentle.
5 stars is not enough stars for my provider. I had been seeing Dr. Stearnes since 2018 after losing a pregnancy. I was worried about finding a doctor to care for me in this difficult, venerable time in my life. He took care of me and checked on me over the weekend as I needed an urgent surgery regarding this. He then successfully delivered my second child and had no doubt my child and I were in good hands.
