CHI as a whole, terrible. I'm currently looking for new peditiricians for my children outside of CHI . The only reason I still go is because of Dr.Jones. She is incredible. She's delivered two of my babies and was very professional, and made sure myself and my babies were safe and healthy while I was pregnant. I have alot of respect for her. However The clinic itself. Horrible. I was supposed to see Dr. Erika but I ended up with someone else who was extremely racist and made assumptions. Dr. Schapps and he is horrible.
Dr. Jones and her staff are awesome! Convenient location, nice place.
What good is going to the doctor when they can help with constipation! I'm pretty sure this office is waiting for me to have a bowel obstruction so they can collect on that!!!!
