5 stars is not enough stars for my provider. I had been seeing Dr. Stearnes since 2018 after losing a pregnancy. I was worried about finding a doctor to care for me in this difficult, venerable time in my life. He took care of me and checked on me over the weekend as I needed an urgent surgery regarding this. He then successfully delivered my second child and had no doubt my child and I were in good hands. Excellent service
CHI as a whole, terrible. I'm currently looking for new peditiricians for my children outside of CHI . The only reason I still go is because of Dr.Jones. She is incredible. She's delivered two of my babies and was very professional, and made sure myself and my babies were safe and healthy while I was pregnant. I have alot of respect for her. However The clinic itself. Horrible. I was supposed to see Dr. Erika but I ended up with someone else who was extremely racist and made assumptions. Dr. Schapps and he is horrible.
