Horrible phone etiquette, empty promises, no desire to follow through, and bad attitudes. The doctor I saw was great, but the ppl on the phones that are supposed to give results and the so called manager who doesn't know anything (Margret) may be better off stocking shelves at a Walmart. All I wanted is my results from LAST MONTH. BEEN TOLD ID GET A CALL BUT ALL IVE GOTTEN IS MEAN RATCHET ATTITUDE. I have every right to be upset. Ppl are refusing the higher ups info. I haven't been going to this clinic long, but I have had wonderful experiences so far. I have been twice for ultrasounds now and each time, the technicians walked me through everything they were doing and looking at. They really helped us to understand and be apart of such a special experience of seeing our baby. The midwives have patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The nurses and desk staff have been friendly and helpful as well.
I absolutely give the Immanuel woman clinic 5 stars and they deserve every 1 of them. I have been going to this clinic since i was a young teenager due to having issues with women's health from a young age and the staff have always been great. Myself and every woman in my family used to see Dr. Nabity before he switched exclusively to another hospital within the chi network and he was always very straightforward without being rude or inconsiderate about things.
