Absolutely unacceptable experience. I had a test done and did not receive results for weeks. When I contacted the office for an update, I was told to wait until my follow-up appointment — still five weeks away. I find their PAC Amber Riecken to be very close to rude, and quite difficult, she repeatedly refused to understand and acknowledge what I was telling her. She had declared something which was an incorrect & incomplete assumption & I attempted to explain & clarify in further detail that she was assuming something based on something that meant nothing, because it was never part of the situation. She rather rudely kept saying something that was entirely meaningless. I would be very happy to leave CHI, but it's about my Mother's... read more

Please do your research on urologist before picking one. I didn’t and I paid the price. Went through testing with my previous urologist who said I needed meds for kidney stones. Dr Delto wouldn’t prescribe the medication and told me to do the kidney stone diet which was stuff I couldn’t eat because of my endocrine problems and is against my endocrine diet. Told me to go see a nutritionist then. Was very dismissive but was told I had to have kidney stone surgery because of an 8mm stone. I decided to let her do the surgery but... read more
