Don’t recommend Dr. William A. Marcil, he does not care about my health and safety. I believe the board needs to suspend his license and look into all of his cases. If in a rehabilitation program and you get assigned this doctor immediately notify your case manager/social worker as well as the doctor you had while in rehabilitation facility. Do not become a new patient to this doctor.
