My appointment was canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. When I asked why, the receptionist, Rebecca, rudely retorted that the physician was sick. I am not unreasonable—people get sick, and I completely understand why my appointment needed to be rescheduled. However, what I take issue with is that Rebecca’s tone was rude and unapologetic.
