I called to schedule an appointment a week in a half ago, girl who answered sound annoyed but said she got me scheduled and would request records. I logged onto one chart & saw the appointment was not on there. I was really relying on this appointment . Now it’s putting me back. Some people have serious issues and need help. If you decide to work in a cardiology clinic, make sure you’re doing what you say you’re doing people are relying on their appointments.
The process was pleasant. The employees were very people oriented. This was a good visit.
