After receiving a letter stating they had tried to contact me SEVERAL times, I looked up all past calls to and from them only to find they haven't called me since February. DO BETTER!! Actually call people, actually care about people and their health, that is LITERALLY your job...
Zero stars if I could. I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment that was cancelled a day before. I was able to get a rescheduled one 2 days later after a little discussion. A day before the appointment, they cancel again, say I now have to wait another 6 weeks to get in on an issue that I have had for 6 weeks. Do not schedule and expect them to keep their appointments. 2 cancellations in one week.
Helped me a lot with a serious problem.Courteous, friendly, from the doctors to the nurses. Would recommend heartily.
My doctor is very kind, helpful and was ready to get to the bottom of my issue. But the receptionist are very rude, and real short with you and genuinely don't seem like they want to do their job. After spending 7 minutes on hold one answers said hello once I responded hello back but she instantly said thank you for your time and hung up. I called back right away to be put on hold for another 7 minutes just to get a someone who was very grumpy and when I said I just called and said I was hung up on, she didn't care.
