Six weeks trying to get a test my endo wanted. I keep being told I'll be called, but nobody ever does. I call and they said they didn't even know what the test was, and that they don't do it there.
Been called 4 times since 8am. No voice mail and when talking to the person answering the phones they had no idea who or what.
My experience has only been met with complete unprofessionalism. To start my appointment, the nurse was talking about how they had to rush "this young ladies" (my) appointment now because I showed up late and without my records. I wasn't late. Plus I called the mayo clinic who confirmed they had sent my records. She then came in with the polar opposite personality then telling me how rude the lady was at the Mayo Clinic.
