It took two months just to get in for an appointment for a nose infection. Finally, got in. Met Dr. Pleas on the first visit, which I liked. Dr. Pleas was very thorough and explained well. I called a week later to give information I had received from my dentist. No response. Called two more times. She finally called me back but it was to tell me that they were still waiting for records from previous doctor. Two weeks later and I am still waiting.
Friendly, conscious, thorough medical service
Unfortunately, I worked directly with Dawn Stapleton, and the experience was extremely poor. She was unprofessional, unresponsive, and made no effort to resolve the issue. She came across as though helping customers was a burden, acting as if assistance was a favor rather than part of her role. Her demeanor suggested frustration and disengagement rather than a willingness to resolve the issue.
