Went in with rash and Dr. pretends not to see it and basically disregards everything I’ve told him. Only see Dr Huerter if you want to be gaslighted and talked down to. What a joke of a dermatologist. So condescending.
Wow!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you think you have cancer spots. Please go somewhere else. This place is a joke. My husband had a few spots he was worried about. The Doctor came in didn't even touch him and said I don't see anything. I literally had to stand up and point out ever spot I needed him to look at. He didn't looked at his back, legs or even in his hair. I called and talked to a nurse about this saying this isn't very professional and all she said is I understand. I am absolutely appalled with how I was treated here. It took 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen, The doctor had terrible bedside manner and made me uncomfortable. When his nurse came in I relayed that to her and the doctor came in aggressively saying that he didn’t have to do the appointment and that it’s a routine thing and began raising his voice at me. I left and will never go back. Stay far away from this place and Dr. Christopher Huerter.
Honestly, I feel betrayed. CHI in general is not what it used to be back when I was a kid. As a mom now I realize how corrupt it has become. My 3 year old was seen there about two weeks ago. He has had freckles on his face and a mole that randomly appeared one day about a year ago. I am the first to admit that I took too long to get it checked out. The “doctor” said that the freckles and mole are Mastocytosis. Common in kids, typically go away. He told me this by just looking under his lighted microscope. He told me that we ... read more
