Still dealing with their billing dept after 8 1/2 months. Had my annual mammogram on 1/9, had to go back in Feb because they couldn't read the results. They tried to charge me for both visits- after my insurance argued with their billing and myself, I paid for the Feb services because the January one was my annual that is covered. This was all settled in April. Cut to August they send me a bill for the January scan. They never called me with my test results and they pinched a nerve during my mammogram…now I’m suffering from ongoing nerve pain
Showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment as directed got put in the waiting room for 30+ minutes and still haven't been called back. About to be leaving this office and going elsewhere for my service. I like most have other things we need to do and places to go. Time is money and I'm sick of getting my time wasted in waiting rooms cause they clearly don't have a good scheduling system going on.
This program has been an amazing experience! I never hoped for this, but Lakeside has put something incredible together. I had bilateral mastectomy with Dr Paige Harwell (amazing) and teamed up with Dr. Geetha. Please keep up this positive experience that guides us through this journey. Thanks to support staff Barb, Marchel, Nicole, Lisa and more that I may meet in the future. God Bless You All!
