They send all their billing out to a third party call center so there is no one to talk to get this fixed. I was diagnosed with breast cancer after a month or so of trying to get a mammogram at Bergen. Although I had an approved referral, CHI waits for a paper copy to land on a desk. My mammogram had abnormalities. I went to Bergen for a biopsy. The breast center called with my results and Kate was the one who explained everything to me when the news came in. Still dealing with their billing dept after 8 1/2 months. Had my annual mammogram on 1/9, had to go back in Feb because they couldn't read the results. They tried to charge me for both visits- after my insurance argued with their billing and myself, I paid for the Feb services because the January one was my annual that is covered.
