I had the absolute worst experience here. The PA that seen me could have cared less about what I was going through. She came in late and unprepared as if she didn’t read my chart in the 38 minutes she had me waiting. This situation is already frustrating and frightening; but she made it even worse.
My mammograms are covered by insurance. I got a regular routine mammogram and they coded it incorrectly. They send all their billing out to a third party call center so there is no one to talk to get this fixed. I’ve dispute this with my insurance company twice and they are basically telling me that the office needs to call and correct/dispute but the only number I can call is the call center about bills. The call billing call center refuses to do outbound callls to call My insurance company. So now I have to pay out of my p... read more

I was diagnosed with breast cancer after a month or so of trying to get a mammogram at Bergen. Although I had an approved referral, CHI waits for a paper copy to land on a desk. My mammogram had abnormalities. I went to Bergen for a biopsy. The breast center called with my results and Kate was the one who explained everything to me when the news came in.
