Gross. I literally walked out. Hair in bathroom sink. Trash all in bathroom, nurses eating lunch while patience are being seen with the door open. I was told to leave my urine sample on the floor and this man said while he was eating he would come take care of it !!!! I was so pissed II was in literal tears !!!

A one star rating obviously isn't going to change anything. Talking to someone about the issues in the er hasn't helped either since they are ongoing. This isn't an er that should be open to the public. Nurses are rude, condescending, dirty, and don't even pretend to care about people. The dr was nice for the 5 seconds she was in the room. 6 hrs of waiting, for 1 scan, for a head trauma. Good thing it wasn't a brain bleed. This is not a trauma center or an er, by their standards and how they treat people.

This is not a place.to.come in an emergency. They won't help you. You sit in the waiting room.for hours and get ignored while you're suffering and in miserable pain. When you do get to the back the Dr's and nurses stand around and talk for hours as you lay there cold and in pain. Only come here to die!

I respect all hospital staff for what they do and how they help people everyday. I am sure the nurses are great people outside of work but as far as professional courtesy and caring for the patients who are in in desperate need of help or medical attention they barely look up from there computer screen. It is extremely sad and unsettling when you are made to feel uncomfortable in a already uncomfortable experience. The doctor was fabulous and helped me and showed me nothing but respect.
