I shouldn’t have believed all the positive reviews but unfortunately user R R is correct. My haircut unfortunately also came out super uneven. There were uncut long pieces all along the bottom that my husband noticed when I got home and he had to trim them for me. I like my hair long and the end result came out two inches shorter than what I wanted. I had indigo hair that I covered with black box dye due to my job not allowing unnatural colored hair. On top of that, I wanted to transition into ginger/copper with blonde peekaboo layer split dye. Not only did Miss Chi gave me the amazing results I wanted, she made sure to keep the integrity and health of my hair in tact.
