I had a 30-minute back, neck, and shoulder massage, but the experience did not meet expectations. The massage lacked firmness and felt more like basic rubbing than a proper treatment. If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I went for a remedial massage each to make use of our private medical benefits. Only to firstly notice that this service was inflated up to $110.00 each for this service simply because it is subsidised. Then they were unable to use and enter the service into the hicaps machine. Walked in this morning for my first massage. I had Dao for Remedial massage. She knew exactly where to focus and worked on all the sore spots in my back.I left feeling so much better. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Dao
$142 for 90 min massage. Felt like more of a yoga session. When she was massaging it was not the neck / shoulders or lower back in which I asked. She just brushed over those areas. I asked for foot massage to be included which she did not do. She spent so much of the time stretching my arms and legs it felt like more of a yoga session then a massage. Terrible massage. The lady kept leaving to help serve other customers, at one point it was for over 5 mins. My curtain was left partially open and I was in the booth closet to the front. Every time she te entered the room she took to rubbing my left shoulder again, after the 3rd time I had to ask her to massage another part of my body. Just when I was able to relax, one of the workers came into my booth and had my lady work the eftpos machine, with curtain open and a whole discussion.
