Loved my visit. Dr. Gibson is friendly and professional
Excellent staff. They always treat people amazing This is my favorite place in NYC. I Can not wait to come back for my next hydra facial treatment with Valentina and my filler and Botox Dr Gibson.
I got derma fillers with Ms.Gibson. I spent a lot of money and I hate the results. 3 months have passed and I still feel lumps under my skin. My face looks asymmetrical and I look worse than before the procedure. It was my first time getting fillers. which she recommended in order to smooth the nasolabial folds. I regret this procedure. I will never go back to this establishment and will never get fillers again.
Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I had an appointment at 12:45p and I called at 12:25 to see if I can come in at that time since I was waiting in my car only to be told that they will not be able to honor my 12:45p appointment. I was told they had a repair man in the spa and the laser machine was taken apart. I was then told the next appointment was Saturday at 4:45p. Dr Chi is awesome. She's so friendly and welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable. I definitely made the right choice coming here. Looking to see what else I can have her do for me!
