Terrible, awful, miserable experience. Three months wasted. Michael R Morales did absolutly nothing in three months. All he had to do is make one phone call to add my three nieces to my estate planning. The headache stress and anxiety is finally over. It remains to be seen if they will return my 3500.00. I think I’m going to have to contact the Better Business Beaureau. The California Bar Association. Anybody know of any other consumer complaint agencies?
