Been going here for years. Dr Meeks is great! The nurses are awesome. You check in, a few minutes later, they call you in !

Called this office this morning the lady who answered the phone was so rude she said hello so loud I asked her if that was the norm for her to answer the phone like that for Dr.chabbra office .her answer was its loud I can't hear.I told her I would take it up with doctor chambray wife.this is the second time she has done this.I been a paient of Dr.chabbra since 2008.this never happened when he or his wife was around.they need to get better employee's at The front desk at the portage location.this never happens to me at the h... read more

My experiences with a nurse practitioner are phenomenal, the administrative side of the business could use significant improvement. It is annoying to say the least.

I called the office to request a prescription for Paxlovid after testing positive for COVID. I was told by the front desk staff, I would need an appointment before either provider could prescribe it. For context, I presented to the office twice within the past two weeks. I was told the soonest appointment I could get would not be until Monday!
