Me and my wife shopped at many different stores around Boise before we felt comfortable with a place, Betsy was the best salesperson I have ever met in my life, she didn’t pressure us at all, gave us time to talk about things by not hovering and was very knowledgeable about what would fit our needs, she even remembered things we told her about furniture before we did! Wow this place is first class for appliances and furniture. It’s beautifully played out for taking time to shop around. The staff are also top notch and they are well trained to answer any question you may have. They let you shop as they are not in a hurry to make a sell. I believe they have a very low turnover over as they are happy with this company. It shows watching their body language and watching their eyes.
I have shopped here for decades! The selection and quality of their furniture is excellent. They keep up with current styles but also have the classic and timeless pieces. My latest experience with Jules was awesome. She has a keen eye and really listens to what the customer is looking to find and she has a fantastic personality. I recently purchased a new kitchen table and chairs. I always come to CHF where I know I will receive value and quality pieces. Kisa was a delight to work with and she was so patient with me while i decided because there were several that I loved. You can’t go wrong with CHF. Delivery was on time as expected and they had it set up in no time
CHF did an excellent job showing me several different brands of convection stoves and explaining the features of each. Their price was the same as the big box stores and the individual customer service was excellent. Additionally the extended warranty if not used will be given back as store credit which is much better than the same warranty at Lowe’s.
