Unbelievably tasty! As others have said, don't be fooled by the outside. The food they serve is stellar. The raspberry wings are outstanding - yeah, it sounds strange if you haven't had them before but trust me. Chicken zingara and chicken piccata are good too. Be sure to save room for the derby pie.
Very good looks aren't everything and it's a good thing because if you saw this place you'd turn around and leave missing one of the best bbq places around. No matter what you order you can't go wrong. Great prices.
looks can be deceiving From the outside, Porkys doesn't look like the kind of place you'd want to go for a family dinner. But if you're looking for a down-south BBQ kind of feel, this is the place for you. My family has enjoyed coming to this restaurant for its ribs for years. They're just the way you want 'em - messy and saucey! Great place for a fun family meal.
