Very very long wait for very very mid Lanzhou style noodles. I’m no stranger to Chinese hand pulled noodles and if you’re gonna make people wait 50 mins when the shop is empty, for biang biang or liang pi or soup, these dishes should slap. Inconsistant noodle thickness and size flavour of the biang biang sauce was pretty great rest of the sides were ok and tomato beef noodle dish was very mediocre; tasted like ketchup lmao. Was really hoping this place would be a new favourite but alas… also decor and vibe is just… nothing.
Delicious food and great value! It’s also fun to watch the noodles being made fresh. I’ll definitely be back.
