Five star experience from beginning to end. Thank you Ruby, Dorianna, Safi, and anyone else who may have contributed to making me feel beautiful. I traveled from the US to Montreal for my hair appointment, and it did not disappoint! I purchased the Emarya unit prior to my arrival, and the wig was completed and waiting for me when I got there. Tout d’abord le service à la clientèle est impeccable toutes les filles sont gentilles et polies même au téléphone lorsqu’elles ne vous connaissent pas, elles sont toutes chaleureuses, elles vous accueillent et vous mettent à l’aise vous vous sentez littéralement comme dans votre salon chez vous entrain de faire nos cheveux.
