I had a crown fitted on a molar and some repairs done on neighboring teeth by Vincent Olivier this week. He was very professional, attentive, and respectful of my general fear of dentists. He mentioned that sometimes you experience pain for a couple of days after extensive work like mine. Two days later, I'm 100% recovered… thank you, Vincent Olivier, you've earned my trust! Thank you so much to you and your team, who were professional and patient in answering my questions.
Catherine is the best hygienist ❤️ She's patient with children, very kind with parents, and gentle in explaining the process to little ones. I'm truly grateful for your wonderful work, Catherine.
Dr. Gervais, I'm still traumatized. She cut one of my teeth in half. She filed and thinned my teeth beforehand. Borderline snobbish, or at least cold. I managed to get a tiny smile/a small, unhappy laugh out of her, but with each tooth she said, "I'm not sure it will last"... I felt really awful. I changed dentists, finding a friendly, positive, humane, and warm professional, even a family man, and got veneers. I don't understand the bad reviews at all. I've read all the reviews, and without wanting to sound like a sycophant, I absolutely don't think the service is bad. On the contrary, I think the team does an exceptional job, especially with the current staff shortage. They do everything they can to help us, and honestly, I don't think you could find warmer, kinder, and more understanding dentists. Dr. Boutreux is a machine!
