The employees at the House of Fabric are awesome. Ms. Shaquetta (I hope I spelled her name right) was wonderful on my visit on May 11, 2011. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. When I asked for her opinion on something, she was so genuine in her response, and as a customer who knew absolutely nothing about the types of material offered, she made my experience very pleasant. I will definitely tell others about this jewel of a find.
I have been looking for white stretch lace fabric with no luck. Called House of Fabrics and the person I was talking to not only told me they had the fabric but also offered to mail me a swatch of the fabric. Great customer service. I certainly plan to buy that fabric and all of my future fabric from there and I live one hour away!
One of the few fabric stores that has really nice and helpful employees for shoppers who do not sew! I drive over an hour to shop there!
Super place - especially for the unusual. Always fun to hunt. Very knowledgeable staff.
