Chez Bon Guest Home is the WORST board-and-care I have ever seen. The office staff are both verbally and physically abusive towards the residents. They have no special education or training to qualify to work in these types of places. Many times there are situations involving the residents for which some basic knowledge of medicine and psychology are necessary.
