Over the years off and on, my husband and I have used Chez Ambiance Bistro Catering for parties we’ve thrown. This catering company is very unique because their prime focus are the theme buffets. Some of the themes we’ve used are the backyard barbecue family picnic, gourmet salad buffet for my woman’s club and the wine and pasta buffet for my husband’s parent’s 50th anniversary.
