In my experience with Cheyne Ralston, all I can say is she was wonderful. She took care of my condition, followed up after my medication and her staff are all great.
I can’t recommend her enough. I first found Cheyne Ralston when I was a college student at tech and needed an appointment with an OBGYN. She was absolutely amazing and made everything so comfortable, she was so knowledgeable and personable and I truly felt like I was on the right track with my health and had gotten great Medical advice. Even after graduating from tech and moving across the state I came back to Lubbock and made it a point to get my annual done with her. I showed up just 9 minutes late to my appointment today. I’d been dropped off at Building 1 and had to figure out how to get to Building 2 on my own. By the time I walked in, already stressed and flustered, the receptionist — Belen — immediately said, “You have 4 minutes.” Her tone was very sharp and dismissive. I told her I’d already filled out all the paperwork, and she replied, “Yes, but you still need to sign a disclosure form. You’re not going to make it in 4 minutes. I hadn’t seen Cheyne Ralston in 3 years since my last annual and she was very personable and remembered what I was going to school for! She made my experience very comfortable and I am greatly appreciative for gynecologists like her!
