They show on my insurance carrier as in-network, called to verify and they said they didn't take my insurance. Call insurance provider, they verified that they were in network. Insurance provider called them, and they admitted they did take it, but didn't have time to set up the billing process, and didn't feel like doing so at this time. Had to find another provider that actually honored their contract.
