Staff could show a little willingness to help. They are rude and uncaring. And get rid of Dr. Lugg. He is an uncaring jerk! Had a kidney and huge tumor removed. He tried to release me too soon cuz he was leaving on a golf vacation. Hospitalist intervened and kept me 2 more days. Never got a post-surgical checkup at all. Do yourself a favor and go to Colorado!➖
Absolutely the worst experience in a medical office! First I was sent away because I have Tricare. Then when I came back to see a different provider I waited 45 minutes before he came in. While he was asking about my symptoms his phone started ringing. HE ANSWERED IT! And proceeded to yell at the caller about how he works for a living and not to call back until tomorrow. I was rushed out the door without my issue even being addressed. I will NOT be back.
RecommendedI worked at Cheyenne Urological and they have the best staff in the state!!! The Doctor's are knowledgeable and take care of their patients with care and compassion. This is definitely the place to go when you are in need of a urologist!!!

These Doctors are obviously in it only for the money. They will not provide you with prices in the office, "they just don't know how much it will be". That should have been our first red flag. We spent about 5 min with the doctor (who provided very little information or medical guidance) and then they billed $425. So apparently their going rate is around $8000 per hour?? Plus, the doctor told us nothing was wrong with our son, but we needed to bring him back in 6 months. Save your money, and go to Colorado.
