so Friday I had to be ambulanced here from a car accident. I was treated by Dr. Craddock and his assistant . Nurse Mariah was amazing. She really kept me informed. Nurse Meztti was good as well. The techs Charlie and Evan were great as well. Everone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to my team for making this a good experience.
Been here ALOT of times unfortunately the years 2024 and 2025, Between me and my kiddos. They have always been exceptional and respectful. Super sweet and kind. If I ask for "dummy" explanations they gave it to me until I understood.
This ER staff is about useless I go in explain my issues with light headed/dizziness randomly throughout the day as well as neck,shoulder and nerve pain throughout my body. They send in about several different people to talk to me I mention I'm a truck driver to one of the several people and then a different person comes back gives me muscle relaxer prescription which will cause drowsiness, dizziness and light headed not to mention a bunch of other side effects that will prevent me from going back to work if possible. Great medical attention from start to finish. Triage receptionist was quick and attentive. ER techs were very professional. ER nurse was thorough and listened to my medical needs. Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable & professional listen carefully to my medical history & diagnosed my current condition. Highly recommend Cheyenne Regional Medical Center was out of town and visiting for Frontier Days. Thank you so much for you best medical care.
absolutely terrible. possibly having a miscarriage and have been waiting for 4 hours and have not been seen at all. im not from here this is my first time coming here and it is absolutely horrible. do not recommend coming here AT ALL.
