The location at 800 E 20th Street is terrible! I've had to start going to the location at the Hospital for my labs, even though my Specialist is in the same building. I gave them another try yesterday after my Doctor visit. There was apparently only one lady working the lab. There were 2 people ahead of me that seemed to have already been waiting for some time, and I heard her tell one person that "it would be a while".
