They are not able to accommodate the needed appointments of patients with regular business hours. They need to be open longer or on the weekends to meet the needs of their patients, especially cancer patients, they should be made a priority and they definitely are not. They people that work there are very nice, my complaint is their lack of availability to people with serious needs. I see why people go out of state.
Illegally altering a Physician's medical orders for imaging! All calls recorded (chey rad grp, patient (me), wy work comp. Work comp & chey rad group staff deliberately, intentionally altered physician orders without my knowledge nor the Physicians knowledge. Indisputable, undeniable proof! Illegal coercion, breach of trust, medical malpractice! Ceo joe verderaine , HR notified as well as numerous agencies & an attorney. Vile behavior! Their illegal issue caused the cancelled my appointment! Not trustworthy, not safe!
Providing false information reading a MRI is a FELONY!!! The radiologist after being provoded critical information related to a cancerous tumor status post Radiation Treatment during follow-up wrote in report "no change" when the tumor had significantly shrunk. Example: Prior result 3.6 cm and new result after 3 months 1.8 cm. Still refuses to modify report. That is VERY DANGEROUS to the patient!!!
My bill was pass due and the billing team was great. Kim made everything easy and helped me set up a payment plan. One less thing to stress about. She was very knowledgeable with Medicare. Thank you CRG
