The nurses are very kind, but I find the CNM who I visited last time very rude. I am RH-, and based on a family history of bad reactions to certain medicines I decided to opt out of the Rhogam injection until after the baby is born, so if I react she'll be okay (that is how most countries administer Rhogam anyway). I politely declined, and when I was repeatedly told I had no option not to, I had my significant other take over the arguing. Phyllis has delivered all three of my children! One in 2012, one in 2014 and one in 2017! She was wonderful and very easy going! She let me call her at 2am and she woke up and came to the hospital to deliver my baby! She is very dedicated to her job! I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is not pushy either. I didn't want an IV or an epidural and she said, "ok." She is a very relaxed person so i never felt worked up around her.
