My son has been going there since he was 2 years old hes now 14. I use to love it there, but sadly over the years i dont feel same way. I had to work late last week and because i didnt call 2 hours before they charged me 50$. Im glad i stayed late to pay them a ridiculous amount even tho i called. They charge for EVERYTHING! They're over crowded and you wait forever for your appointment anymore. I hate this place and currently looking for a new doctor.
The Dr is amazing, but the front office sucks, No customer service, everything is the patients fault and they don't answer their phone.
Our son has seen Dr. Leland for years. He is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor for preadolescent and adolescent children.
They never answer their phone I have two sick kids who need to be seen asap!!!
