Can't get no one to answer the phone says they are closed
DO NOT GO HERE THEY DON'T EVEN TRY TO HELP YOU. Wasted time and money for below bare minimum. Cheyenne was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. The day of the appointment I was treated like I had been there. I am new to this low blood sugar thing. I'm thinking I might have hypoglycemia, but I have no idea. She didn't educate me, make me feel better about what was going on, she just gave me a 6 page paper on hypoglycemia and sent me on my way. Something I could have just googled myself. Sad to hear my next appointment had to be rescheduled with another provider. Cheyenne LITERALLY changed my life!! She listened when no one else would!! I know it seems like I’m exaggerating but I’m not. Nothing was working and I was about to give up!! Cheyenne, thank you so much!!!
Cheyenne Gasaway is awesome. She listens, truly cares and will assist you in almost any way possible. Shes had been my PCP for several years and I would not go anywhere else. She takes an interest in a person and remembers you and what’s going on. She is one of a kind! My son sees her too and his view of her is as high as mine. The issue is getting someone to answer the phone! I don’t blame that on Cheyenne though.
If I could give them no stars I would!! Very unhappy with the way they treating my brother in law!! They never answer the phone, don't sign off on fax's or any testing...they have to be constantly reminded, and they lost gene sight test B4 it left their office...it's been a month n those results (had to take test again) are still not available!!! Looking for another Dr from a different Drs office!!!
