Sad to hear my next appointment had to be rescheduled with another provider. Cheyenne LITERALLY changed my life!! She listened when no one else would!! I know it seems like I’m exaggerating but I’m not. Nothing was working and I was about to give up!! Cheyenne, thank you so much!!!
Cheyenne Gasaway is awesome. She listens, truly cares and will assist you in almost any way possible. Shes had been my PCP for several years and I would not go anywhere else. She takes an interest in a person and remembers you and what’s going on. She is one of a kind! My son sees her too and his view of her is as high as mine. The issue is getting someone to answer the phone! I don’t blame that on Cheyenne though.
If I could give them no stars I would!! Very unhappy with the way they treating my brother in law!! They never answer the phone, don't sign off on fax's or any testing...they have to be constantly reminded, and they lost gene sight test B4 it left their office...it's been a month n those results (had to take test again) are still not available!!! Looking for another Dr from a different Drs office!!!
