Avoid Cheyenne Auto Repair and Service. I brought my 2015 Subaru Impreza to this family-owned shop, which claims to have "trained ASE Certified technicians" and the "latest equipment", to fix a failing front right wheel hub and a negative camber issue from a previous accident. Instead of properly diagnosing the bent suspension component, they just threw parts at it. They charged me $731 to replace both front control arms, which completely failed to fix the negative camber. They also charged me a $55 diagnostic fee to "inspec... read more
Not good experience with them this time. Took my truck to have tranny swapped out. It was not an easy job as I hoped it would have been. Well old one was PTO ready and new one was not. BMW of Loveland subsequently found the cooling fan this shop installed was non-operational with broken connector tabs, and found significant air pockets in the cooling system consistent with improper bleeding procedure. When I asked t... read more
I can’t rave enough about this place. I was having issues on my trip out east. Car was reading overheating and I pulled over in Cheyenne. Attempted mobile mechanics and many different shops. I got a bunch of no’s we are busy through the month. I called C.A.R.S (Cheyenne auto repair and service). Explained my situation and Rachel told me to come in no big deal. I walked in stressed and worried. Rachel made me feel very comfortable and John was able to get the issue fixed. Thank you Rachel so very much for helping and the hug.... read more
I was worried about where to take my truck when the check engine light came on. And I am so glad I took it to John. I found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. Rachel was a delightful person to deal with for scheduling and information. I think these guys are the best and I am so thankful.
