We couldn’t recommend Cheyenne enough! She sold our house in FOUR DAYS! Then helped us purchase our dream home. We went with the lender and inspector she recommended and had the best buying experience. Any future homes or property purchases will absolutely be with Cheyenne.

My husband and I found Cheyenne through a recommendation, and we are so glad we did!!! We originally were helping a friend relocate to Idaho, house shopping with her was absolutely phenomenal. Cheyenne is quite simply the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She helped me find my dream home in an area where I didn’t think any new construction builds were even happening - after months of research in the area. She worked with the builder to address all my concerns. She even helped me find a lender that got be a rate 1.5% under the going rate. Of all the realtors you could find - you’d be lucky to get her.
