On new years I was checking the fluids on my 2014 honda pilot and found that it had oil in the radiator. So the next day I called chewy's garage and let them know about my emergency. I was able to drop off my car and they found the issue within a few hours. The transmission oil cooler had cracked inside the radiator and started mixing with coolant. My car was making this terrible grinding noise. Took my car to two other mechanics they had me fix things that didn’t take the noise away and no one could find out what it was. Took it to Chewy’s Garage and he figured it out in one morning. The office staff was so friendly and kept in constant communication with me regarding status of the repairs.
