Excellent customer service and fast shipping for all of our hounds’ RX needs. Chewy makes managing prescriptions seamless, which allows us to focus on what matters most, the health and well being of our Hounds 🙂
I used this pharmacy 2x and had serious problems BOTH times. (1) new medication does not arrive quickly (5 days is too long for antibiotic for pet with high fever) and (2) they swapped out branded gabapentin for cheap, crumbling compounded drug. I asked twice to go back to branded as my cat's twitchy symptoms were returning and compounded med not working. My dog's prescription for a heart condition has been delayed two shipments in a row, due to errors with the pharmacy mishandling authorization from the vet. Both times required long phone calls and a ton of stress. Maybe they are short staffed, which stinks, and I can't continue to order from them. It's too scary.
