Normally very pleased with Chewy. Today not so much the "Vet Tech" using that term lightly, loved to hear herself talk. I have never used the pharmacy before, she yapped and yapped, didn't know how things worked. I needed to place the order before she could tell me anything or answer questions. On top of it she was eating and drinking because I could hear her smacking her lips and swashing around food and beverage. YUCK!
