They seem disorganized and half the time you can't get an empty trailer when delivering
Very very important. Once you check in they send you a link to confirm your transit is at the door. That’s when they start unloading and they send you a confirmation that once they finish. Most people forget to click the link and you can be there the whole day.
Just a heads up, an employee for chewy came to my store today. Definitely wasn’t a friendly encounter, but I turned it around by asking about his job. His response was most of chewys pallets are bug infested, opened packages, and he doesn’t trust it. I don’t blame him anymore but definitely an internal problem.
