Easy location to access. When delivering and picking up, look at the signage, one entrance is for delivery and the other for receiving. There's nobody in the guard shack, drive in and find the office door about 1/3 of the way down the building. They processed me quickly, I dropped my trailer, picked up an empty and was on my way. 4 stars because there is only a porta potty for drivers...not pleasant in the Florida heat.

I wish every company was like Chewy! Where else can you always get a person 24/7. Their customer service is second to none!! They are simply the best company to deal with A-to-Z . I like them so much I bought a little stock in their company Wish I could buy more!!!!! I highly recommend them !!!

It’s a shame there aren’t more than 5 stars available. We have used Chewy for the last 20 years. They care about their customers and their pets equally. When GSP died recently, they sent us flowers. I can’t express the gratitude and the care that this company has taken care of our dogs anytime something arrived damaged it was replaced immediately no problem. If we do adopt another dog, we will be using chewy of course
