I can't say enough good things about this company but the icing on the cake was today. I received these absolutely beautiful bouquet of roses from them. I lost my sweetest boy this week and when I canceled his Autoships I told them he had passed. I never expected this! Such great marketing! They were always so easy to deal with. ❤️

As always with Chewy, a terrible delivery experience. Arrived at 1031 to find that the only receiving person was on break until 1110. Because an operation of that size doesn’t care about or comprehend coverage. So do they not receive if that person calls out? Of course not. They elect to leave us sitting unpaid for 40 minutes while actual paid time/work languishes for us drivers.
