After reading the reviews I was surprised again checked in at 18:31 for a 19:30 appointment I was driving out the gate after a live unload at 20:05. Awesome
I had a good experience at this warehouse! Arrived on site 925 am for a 0930 am appointment, Checked in with Marie in receiving, she gave a me a door right away, back it in the dock, unhook, drive to the bobtail parking area, wait for a phone call! By 1130 am I was done and with ppw in my hands! Simple and efficient, I wish all shippers and receivers would work like this!
Such wonderful customer service 100% of the time. All service reps go above and beyond to help. They sent me a beautiful portrait of my parrot on National Pwt Bird Day unannounced. I love it!
