Update from 1-6-26: We had our second experience here and it went much better. Drop and hook fast easy and out. So our review is similar to a few more. They had no empty trailers and they said they didn't have any room on the yard but we clearly seen empty slots. Oh well we just took it to our yard so someone else could bring it at a later date. I was scheduled to deliver (drop & hook) a load on 12 September. The day before delivery, I found out that the delivery had been pushed back to 23 September at the earliest. For whatever excuse they may have, this warehouse is not unloading my carrier's trailers. As a result, for the time being, every load my carrier has picked up for them (or is due to pick up for them) is on hold. Let the carrier beware. Update: I was trying to drop a loaded trailer on 13 December. I could afford to bobtail out. Their answer? "Wait for an ... read more
12/28/2025. They're turning trucks away at all branches. They say take back to shipper. But won't pay for loads delivered. Even in their delivery window.
Got here at 250 am for a drop. Used the new check in system they have and here it is 227am with no one here to sign paper work. I was told the TC guy went on break a long time ago and they don’t know where he is at. Everyone else seem to went to break at 200
