I was scheduled to deliver (drop & hook) a load on 12 September. The day before delivery, I found out that the delivery had been pushed back to 23 September at the earliest. For whatever excuse they may have, this warehouse is not unloading my carrier's trailers. As a result, for the time being, every load my carrier has picked up for them (or is due to pick up for them) is on hold. Let the carrier beware. THE LEAD COLTON F IS A DISGRACE TO THIS FACILITY
Staff, particularly when I was there on Wednesday morning at around 3 am 3-11 were extremely disrespectful of my time and pretended that I was not there, there was also no one at receiving to help, had a 1 hour delay for something that should of took 5 minutes, unbelievable.
